Review Vanish agrees to provide Google review removal services for the Client.

Fee: The Client agrees to pay $800 USD per Google review removed.

Card Details: Review Vanish will save the Client's credit card details via an online form that the Client fills out for the service.

Final Payment: Upon successful removal of the specified review(s), Review Vanish will charge the saved card on file for the amount of $800 USD per review removed.

The Client acknowledges that payment for services rendered by Review Vanish is due within 7 days of the successful removal of the specified content or reviews. The Client confirms that sufficient funds are available on the provided saved card and agrees to maintain these funds until payment is processed. 

The Client also agrees to not commit a fraudulent chargeback if Review Vanish can provide proof that the review(s) were removed. Proof will be considered valid if the original review link provided by the Client shows that the review no longer exists. The Client agrees that this proof will be considered valid by both the Client and Review Vanish.

Therefore, to ensure payment for services rendered, the following terms apply to both non payment and fraudulent chargebacks:

Public Disclosure of Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 7 days after the completion of services or the Client commits a fraudulent chargeback, Review Vanish reserves the right to publicly disclose the Client's non-payment on relevant online platforms, industry networks, and various review sites through its extensive reputation management capabilities. Such disclosures will be factual and supported by evidence.

Late Payment Penalties: If payment is not made within 7 days of the service completion or the Client commits a fraudulent chargeback, a penalty of 10% of the total amount due will be added. Thereafter, an additional 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied for every 30 days the payment remains overdue.

Engagement of Collection Agency and Credit Impact: If payment is not received within 7 days or the Client commits a fraudulent chargeback, Review Vanish may engage a third-party collection agency to recover the outstanding balance. The Client acknowledges that this may result in additional fees and could adversely affect the Client’s credit rating.

Card Details: The saving of the Client's card details are to have the card on file, it is not an actual charge.

Completion: Upon successful removal of the review(s) and content, Review Vanish will then proceed with capturing the payment on the Client's card.

Charge Policy: No additional charges will be made if the review(s) or content cannot be removed.

Limitation of Liability: Review Vanish's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the review removal service. Review Vanish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
